Priority Defined

Any scene that calls for a large presence of law enforcement officers and first responders, and also presents a danger to the public.

• Disputes between characters will not fall under this category.

An example of this would be:

• Two civilians get into a disagreement and one ends up shooting the other.

  • The only way this would be considered a priority is if there is a police presence nearby, and you were to evade or retaliate against the officers involved.
