Memo #1 - Hour Requirement

All members of the Civilian Operations are required to attend at least at the minimum of 5 hours per month within the server, Auspire Roleplay. With this being said, we set the minimum law due to us wanting to have people prioritize real life before struggling to reach required hours. Problems come up and occur frequently, one should never feel required to participate in Roleplay during these times.

Logging Periods

You can log a patrol log up to 48 hours from the actual day of the patrol. If it exceeds over the time duration, it becomes invalid and cannot be logged.

False Logging

If a civilian member is found false logging, it will result in immediate disciplinary action that is most necessary. False Logging is when a member logs in the patrol logs without actually attending any sort of patrol that day.

Senior Civilian I + promotions are not entirely up to the hours but also the overall scene performance in-game, a good standing with the civilian staff team, and a good standing with other members in the community.
