Civilian Reserve
Section 1.7
Being a civilian reserve is one of the hardest ranks to earn in the Civilians Operations Department. The reason being is that you have a little more freedom then the following rank structure for full-time civilians. With this privilege, we do ask for you to remain at a level of maturity while active as a civilian reserve. That includes: reading and understanding the Standard Operating Procedures, an understanding in non-priority roleplay, and a creative mindset for realistic roleplay in the server. You must obtain a rank of Probationary Deputy, Probationary Trooper, or Probationary Officer in order to be eligible to apply. Reserves can find their ability to do priorities in the public roster. Being a part of the civilian operations does NOT require the amount of hours as a full-time civilian member, but is an optional department to switch to when you are feeling to be on the civil side of roleplay. Be aware that this position as a reserve member can be revoked due to toxic roleplay which can also affect your role in your primary department as well.
Civilian Reserves have the 3 Strike rule, this means that if you are issued 3 10-90s or 10-93s within a 3 month period you will be removed from the civilian reserve program. The only way a member could rejoin is through an appeal sent to civilian CoC.
Civilian Reserve Rank Structure and Limitations
As stated before, Reserve is not a right instead this is an opportunity to shape up your patrols and roleplay as a whole. Civilian Reserves will be put into three different ranks. All ranks contain different limitations. In order to insert fairness within this Civilian Department, we need to slightly limit the abilities of other members of other departments coming to play as a CIV. Full time Civilians deserve the right to a bit more freedom, and a bit more opportunity.
Reserve Civilian I
Reserve Civilian I is the beginning rank of our reserves. Here one will patrol with the same status as a Civilian I. General roleplay rules apply, you still have the ability to conduct countless number of scenes. Unlike Civilian I, you are not guaranteed the ability to request/conduct priorities. Like stated before, the ability to conduct priorities will be marked with the San Andreas Civilian Operations Public Roster. Reference points below:
Priorities are to never be initiated by a Reserve Civilian I
Limitations and roles of Civilians I apply.
Discretion of Civ Ops Staff team will be the way you will be promoted throughout the Reserve Ranks.
Reserve Civilian II
Reserve Civilian II is the next step within the reserve section. Third highest rank and roles and limitations will be the same as a Civilian II. Biggest difference between Reserve Civilian I and II would be the opportunity to request priorities. More often than not you will be marked in the public roster with the ability to request a priority. Again unlike an actual full time Civilian II & III this is not guaranteed. Can be taken away. Reference points below:
Priority status marked in roster.
Priorities with request permission.
Limitations and roles of Civilian II.
Proven Accountability and Solid roleplay,
Discretion of Civ Ops Staff team will be the way you will be promoted throughout the Reserve Ranks.
Reserve Civilian III
Reserve Civilian III is the Second highest Reserve rank within the San Andreas Civilian Department. Again the biggest differences are within the priorities and limitations. As this rank you have the roles and limitations of Civilian III The ability to request a priority is allowed, your limits become a bit less, more freedom is granted. Again Reference Civilian Limitations. Within that, if a full time Civilian III wanted to conduct a priority, they would have the go ahead. Achieving the rank of Reserve Civilian III comes with a lot. You must have obvious experience within civilian roleplay, proven to provide realistic and guideline based roleplay, respectively.
Priority status marked in roster.
Priority Request Status.
Limitations and roles of an Civilian III
Proven Accountability, Clear experience with Civilian Roleplay.
Ability to do more high octane scenes.
Discretion of Civ Ops Staff team will be the way you will be promoted throughout the Reserve Ranks.
Senior Civilian Reserve.
This is the highest ranking Civ Ops reserve role. This is only permitted and given to those who show qualities of a fully understanding mature civilian. Senior Civilian Reserve will have the same limitations as a Senior Civilian I & II. Again as previously stated and described, the biggest difference will be within priorities. This is the only reserve rank to where you are able to conduct priorities without approval. Communicating with other civilians is still highly suggested.
Priorities are allowed without approval
Limitations and roles of Senior Civilian I&II.
Communication when conducting priorities is still encouraged.
