The civilian department's promotion cycle is once per month.

Probationary Civilian → Civilian I

  • Show ability to patrol without supervision (Civilian’s discretion)

  • Permitted to patrol alone, must adhere to set

  • Have to receive a good report from higher ranking Civilians and receive no complaints

  • Will be promoted to Civilian I after showing an understanding of Civilian rules and Regulations.

Civilian I → Civilian II

  • Must have frequent activity.

  • Has not received any disciplinary infractions (90-93s) within the 30 days.

  • Demonstrates mastery in basic civilian procedures.

  • Shown an ability to go above and beyond in terms of activity. 5 hours a month

Civilian II → Civilian III

  • Must have frequent activity.

  • Has not received any disciplinary infractions (90-93s) within the 90 days.

  • Demonstrates mastery in civilian procedures.

  • Shown an ability to go above and beyond in terms of activity. 5 hours a month

Civilian III → Civilian IV

  • Must have frequent activity.

  • Has not received any disciplinary infractions (90-93s) within the 90 days.

  • Demonstrates mastery in civilian procedures.

  • Shown an ability to go above and beyond in terms of activity. 5 hours a month

Civilian IV → Senior Civilian I

  • Must have frequent activity..

  • Has not received any disciplinary infractions (90-93s) within the 90 days.

  • Demonstrates mastery in civilian procedures.

  • Shown an ability to go above and beyond in terms of activity.

  • Ability to conduct and handle Priorities 5 hours a month

Senior Civilian I → Senior Civilian II

  • Must have frequent activity.

  • Has not received any disciplinary infractions (90-93s) within the 90 days.

  • Demonstrates mastery in civilian procedures.

  • Shown an ability to go above and beyond in terms of activity.

  • Shown countless Good RP, handles Priorities at a high level. 5 hours a month

Senior Civilian II → Civilian Advisor

  • Must have frequent activity.

  • Has not received any disciplinary infractions (90-93s) within the 90 days.

  • Demonstrates mastery in civilian procedures.

  • Shown an ability to go above and beyond in terms of activity.

  • Shown countless Good RP, handles Priorities at a high level.

  • Shows leadership within the Civ Ops

Good standing with Civ Ops Staff and Administration 5 hours a month

Civilian Advisor → Senior Civilian Advisor Must have frequent activity.

  • Has not received any disciplinary infractions (90-93s) within the 90 days.

  • Demonstrates mastery in civilian procedures.

  • Shown an ability to go above and beyond in terms of activity.

  • Shown countless Good RP, handles Priorities at a high level. Shows leadership within the Civ Ops

  • Good standing with Civ Ops Staff and Administration 5 hours a month

Senior Civilian Advisor → Civilian Supervisor

  • Administration’s discretion. 5 hours a month
