General Roleplay Continued.
2.1.1
In any situation in which the question of if CCTV footage is available, here are the guidelines on who should answer if it's available and what it actually shows.
For a PLANNED scene, where everything is coordinated from BOTH sides of a scene, it can be decided before the scene takes place. The question of who will answer in the game can be solved by all involved parties.
For an UNPLANNED scene, where one or more civilians was not aware of the scene beforehand, and/or the scene was created dynamically, the civilian with the MOST TO LOSE (jail time, felony, ticket, etc...) will answer the CCTV questions.
It is important to remember not everywhere has CCTV, and honestly most of the time, if they even have it, it's mostly inside, and not every single inch is covered. Vehicle Structure & Weapon Structure This structure must be followed by all members of the Civilian Department.
Civilians may use realistic appearance modifications, only Senior Civilian II + may utilize engine modifications.
No Civilian may utilize any Torque Modification
Civilians must roleplay vehicle crashes legitimately to ensure professionalism and realistic roleplay, failure to do so will result in disciplinary action.
Civilians may not use RP Only Vehicles to create illegal roleplay. This includes, but not limited to vehicle pursuits, transportation of illegal substances, kidnapping and illegal trafficking.
Driving Must be kept to realistic Standards.
